Shipment Policies
We ship to any location across India through our courier partners.
Shipment cutoff time 2 PM. Orders received till 2 PM are shipped on the same day. All orders are shipped within 1 business day.
Prepaid orders are delivered next day. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are delivered in 2-4 days.
We have partnered with best courier companies to ensure safe and fast delivery of the purchases
We ship from Monday through Saturday excluding public holidays.
Shipment Tracking number will be shared with the buyer.
Shipment progress is constantly monitored and updated to the buyer periodically till delivery.
If the packing is found to be tampered before the delivery of the product, buyer should not accept the delivery and should inform our customer support immediately. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
All purchases will be shipped with the original commercial invoice.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policies
You can cancel your order writing to customer support,, before the product is shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled after the shipment dispatch.
In case the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', you can return the product, writing to customer support,, with your order/invoice number. The customer support will assist you through the return process. You would have to return the product to the address provided by the customer support. The possible return resolution could be Replacement or Refund. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full payment refund. Replacement is provided at no extra cost.
