What does the blue light mean?
The blue light indicates that the charger is receiving power.
Is there a way to turn off the blue LED on the charger?
No. Hope, being very soft, it is not bothering you.
Why the AC outlets stopped working while AC device(s) in use?
If power strip shut off while in use the over-current surge protection has been tripped. Turn the power strip off, make sure your attached AC device(s) are rated under a total of 1500W then turn the power strip back on. This will reset the over-current surge protection.
Which USB charging port should I use to charge my device?
QuantumZERO™ Desktop Charging Station is incorporated with SmartQ™ technology, you do not need to worry about which port to chose - each USB charging port can smartly identify the device connected, discharge the optimum charge needed by the device to charge it at fast speed possible.
What kind of USB charging cables should I use with this charger?
To ensure complete safety and best performance, we strongly recommend using your device's original cable or a third-party certified cable (such as MFI).
What should I do if certain USB port/ports fail to work?
Please unplug the power cord from the charger and any USB/AC cables/adapters from the ports. After 15 minutes plug the power cord back in and try a different USB cable in the non-working port to see if the problem has been resolved.
Why the USB port is not charging my device?
- Check to ensure that your device is USB-powered with a power input of 5V and between 0.1 and 2.4A.
- Check to ensure that the power cord isn’t broken, is firmly connected to the charger.
- Use a different USB cable to double check.

Why the USB port charges my device slowly?
- Check to ensure that the cable you are using to charge is the original cable that came with your device or a (MFI) certified cable.
- Check to ensure that the total input current required by your devices is not higher than 6.8A.

My device charges at 1 Amp, will this charger’s 6.8 Amp output harm it?
No, the charger will only supply the maximum charge current allowed by your device up to 2.4 Amps from each USB port. That is to say, if you use a 2.4A charger with a device drawing 1A, it will only draw 1A.
